Cosmetology – An Ex-Felon’s Pathway to Success

David Hagemeier is a small business owner. His company is

the Signature Two company which operates several Super Cuts and Cost Cutters family

hair salons in the Milwaukee Wisconsin area. He also sits on the Wisconsin

Prison Industries Board. Dave believes in giving ex-felons opportunities to

work in his salons. He works closely with the Taycheedah women’s prison in

Wisconsin and has hired women who have completed the cosmetology program there.
